Seth McNamee graduated from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville in 2000 with a B.A. in History and received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2004. While in law school, he served as Senior Notes Editor for the Law Review. He gained experience at both a national and a local law firm before founding The McNamee Firm and co-founding Summit Title & Escrow in 2013. His practice is devoted to representing institutional and local investors in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estate.

Tim Wardlow graduated from Christian Brothers University with a B.S. in Business Administration?] and received his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2008. He has worked in the title insurance and real estate closing industry since 2002, gaining extensive experience before joining The McNamee Firm. As a Shareholder of the firm, his practice is devoted to representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions of varying size and complexity.

Susan P. Davis

Susan P. Davis graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2000 with a B.A. and received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2005. She began her career practicing in Birmingham, Alabama, before relocating to Memphis, where she has continued to focus her practice on real estate law. Susan joined Summit Title & Escrow in 2018 and is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.
She is also active in the Memphis community, having served on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations.

Tom Cassick
Managing Attorney
Tom Cassick graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2014 with a B.S. in Psychology and received his J.D., with honors, from the Birmingham School of Law in 2018. While in law school, he was a member of the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society and received the 2018 Family Law Award from the Alabama Bar Association.
After admission to the bar, Tom began practicing in commercial and residential real estate transactions and has focused his career in that area ever since. He currently serves as managing attorney of the firm’s Birmingham office, where he and his team handle real estate transactions throughout Alabama.
